Gone Fishing…

No Dispatch today because La Profesora and I took a brief holiday to…

… the windswept Oregon Coast. Last night we saw seals just a few yards off shore!

We also fulfilled a long-held beer dream of mine…

… stopping at de Garde Brewing in Tillamook. I adore sour beers, and de Garde makes fantastic, creative, sour wild ales. The one you see me drinking has chamomile (interesting). The purple one has berries (yum). The one in the different glass is a lovely unfiltered ale. The golden one closest to the camera is a sublime nectarine flavored sour (wow!).
