I’m glad to see someone else has been channeling Douglas Adams in these times. We need his vision…and humor.

Brad, As usual marvelous commentary and truly frightening concerning AI,, do not use it. And touching thoughts about our best friends, and yours. They are at

the opposite end of the scale where the soulless AI stands guard. Wonder how Shakespeare would view this?

Nice piece, Grant. I particularly liked "A deeper reason for our love of animals is how much we now hate one another." Even though I think I disagree. Thank you for reading The Dispatch and for reaching out! Always a joy to hear from you.

Thank you, Brad. I had really hoped to work in that wonderful line about the British: that they are so much nicer to their animals than they are to one another.

Oh, Brad. I always enjoy your dispatch, but this one made me sob. I am so sorry for your loss. We just lost our Old English Sheepdog, Hailey, and everything reminds me of her and makes me miss her so much. All dogs are amazing, but the really good ones steal a piece of your heart and soul when they go. Sending you and your family comfort.
